Hi ,
News from around the North
With Healey back on the road after more hours checking wiring, I finally found a bad connection and all working again. It meant taking the Lotus on a GRRC run around the Lake District, although another Northern member, Harry, took his superb 3000. What marred the day though was one of our number in a 60’s Jaguar being taken out (badly) by a van who promptly drove off, something you hope will never ever happen!

Northern Centre May Bank Holiday Weekend Harrogate
Cracking weekend at Harrogate that saw nearly 50 Healeys exploring the beauty and remoteness of the backroads of the Yorkshire Dales. Harry and Gill seen here crossing historic Burnsall bridge. 180 miles of super routes, created by Paul Johnson and Mike Stonier, over two days led us to some terrific scenery (when the low cloud allowed) and some quite demanding navigation up and down dale. Back at the Cedar Court Hotel, the food and entertainment was above and beyond giving everyone the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the evenings together. Many Thanks to Paul, Jacqui, Mike and Bernadette for organising yet another a super event. Look out for details of Northerns Centre’s big event next year.
